As much as it pains me to admit, I have finally realized to achieve my fitness goals requires a balance of exercise and diet. You can’t do one without the other. Or at least I can’t. When I first began exercising, I thought I would be able to eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Not so. I cannot exercise my way out of a bad diet.  I’ve tried for the past five years. I've started a journal to log my food. Let's see how this goes.
